Walking enthusiasts will enjoy the many walks around the town of Consett, whilst cyclists can take the coast-to-coast cycle route, taking in many lovely views. While Durham is 20 minutes away and Newcastle city centre just a 30-minute drive, this is the perfect location for those looking to experience the northern culture. This place was stunning the views are beautiful i want for my birthday for 2 nights where where my partner proposed too me so this is now our special place and will be returning.Only down fall was how long it takes too do the hot tub and was only one toilet roll and no cleaning products or scrub for the fire pit. But apart from that id definitely recommend 👌

I had an absolutely amazing time here, it was so peaceful and quiet and it was so nice to get away. We got a free bottle of Rosé which was lovely since we were celebrating my birthday and the fact we had a wonderful view too, honestly 10/10 will absolutely be back again.
