With an outdoor log-fire hot tub, the lodge is perfect for a couples retreat to explore historical local towns and take long walks in the countryside. Otters Holt sits picture-perfect on a gravel path, where inside you will find a bright and airy open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area; the kitchen is equipped for rustling up a hearty breakfast to start your day, as well as a sofa for two by the gas stove-effect fire and Smart TV, perfect for putting your feet up after a long day's walking. Only the medieval heart remains along with a walled garden and 200 acre deer park. In the village, there are a variety of interesting shops, pubs and cafés, on a picturesque green surrounded by beautiful scenery. Staindrop is a great location for visitors interested in history, wanting to escape the hustle and bustle, and enjoy long walks in the countryside.
