Our privately owned 2015 35ft x12 ft two bedroomed Willerby Rio Premier caravan has an 8.6 meter gated decking, with comfortable patio furniture to seat four (patio seat pads are situated in the outside storage box) and two separate relaxing chairs and a side table. The accommodation can sleep up to six people with the use of the Dexter deluxe mattress bed settee situated in the lounge. We offer all the comforts of home with a Relyon mattress for the en suite master bedroom, summer and winter duvets, comfortable pillows and cotton bed linen; there are additional fleeces kept in the master bedroom wardrobe for additional warmth if required. The second bedroom has two single beds. Please provide your own towels and tea towels.

We hope that you will enjoy the comfort and style of our second home, which we enjoy during our long stays in the spring, autumn and winter. The lounge features two very comfortable free standing Dexter sofa's, 4 padded material dining chairs, plus two spare stools, (located in the master bedroom) bespoke curtains and new flooring in the living/dining area. We have tried to deviate from the usual caravan style and added our own touches.

This is a strictly no smoking caravan.

Price includes gas and electricity. Laundry tokens and WiFi can be purchased at Pinewoods Reception. Parking for two cars next to the caravan.

Up to two small, clean, well behaved dogs welcome at no extra charge, but by prior arrangement only please. Please do not leave your pet in the caravan unattended at anytime as Park rules stipulate or allowed onto the furniture or beds please. We ask that you ensure that all worming and flea treatment is up to date and that you bring your own dog towels and beds, for your comfort of your pet. Please ensure that your pets are towelled off prior to entering into the living area of the caravan. Dog bowls and poo bags are provided.

The caravan has a capacity to sleep six, with a maximum of four adults and two children, sorry no single sex groups and we ask that the leader is over 21 years of age; abiding again with the park rules. Whole weeks only, Saturday to Saturday from June, July and August, please apply for prices for short breaks of four nights or more.

The beautiful seaside resort of Wells-next-the-Sea is a bustling port town resting on the North coastline of Norfolk, complemented by a sandy beach, colourful harbour, and bordered by stunning pinewoods, making for the perfect family-friendly beach holiday. The town is situated within the exceptional Norfolk Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and on the edge of Holkham National Nature Reserve. Local attractions include a historic harbour, the Buttlands town green, the dramatic Holkham Hall, and the Wells and Walsingham Light Railway, as well as an attractive selection of boutique shops, supermarkets, gastropubs, fine dining, delis, and traditional fish and chips at the Quay. The town is the perfect spot to explore Norfolk's beauty at popular destinations including the Norfolk Coastal path, Holkham village, Burnham Market, and the Norfolk Broads and Norwich city centre further afield.
