Upon entering through the front door you are encompassed by the cosy sitting room featuring a gas fire for chillier evenings. Walk through to a well-equipped fitted kitchen set around a charming social dining area with seating for four people. The kitchen opens up to welcome in the sunny courtyard garden that offers al fresco dining - the perfect private spot to sit and sample local produce. Upstairs on the first floor are two delightful, light and bright bedrooms: a king-size bedroom, and a twin bedroom. These are accompanied by a smart and stylish family bathroom.
Eden Cottage boasts unrestricted parking to the front - a huge bonus in Wells. Park up your car and you may well not need to use it again until you go home! Your heavenly holiday experiences are all within walking distance. This was our second time staying at Eden Cottage and it never disappoints, great amenities with everything that you require. Nice and central in Wells-next-the-Sea. Lovely and peaceful. Would fully recommend.

Eden Cottage was absolutely lovely - one of the best cottage rentals weâve stayed in! Very comfortable and well equipped in a very quiet area, yet only a 10 minute walk to the harbour. Very well renovated, spotlessly clean and good quality furnishings & equipment. Nice to be able to sit in the sun both at the back and front of the property.
