Outside Utility room: with washer/dryer and drying space. Staircase leading to first floor small landing with small step up to comfortable Principal bedroom with king sized bed and wardrobe. Step up to door to: small Double bedroom with 4ft 6” double bed. Step up with Door to Family bathroom: bath with shower over, WC and washbasin.

Outside, lovely quiet, private, fenced, courtyard garden with outside lighting, mature shrubs and trees, garden furniture to include a parasol and electrical socket from where the sea can sometimes be heard. Shared, narrow side access with gate. On street parking or public car park within a few hundred yards where a weekly season ticket can be purchased.
