Excellent location, 2 minutes from the beach. Nice quiet area, excellent for walking/dog walking. Very dog friendly. Locals very friendly. Good local pubs.

Shower/screen need replacing as the shower head sprays everywhere and the screen doesn’t protect the floors. The dishwasher needs replacing as it doesn’t wash things properly, the key to make the front door half open half closed is very stiff and awkward. The place is lovely but needs some upgrades
