Enter via the front door, immediately step up into the lobby with tiled floor, with doors leading to: Lounge: with period beams, comfortable corner sofa, armchair, period fireplace with electric effect woodburner style fire and smart TV with DVD player. Dining Room: dining table with six chairs, patio doors leading out the enclosed garden with lawn and patio. 2 steps up to the Kitchen: fitted kitchen with gas hob and electric oven, Nespresso coffee machine, integrated fridge and freezer, integrated dishwasher, washing machine and microwave, door to: rear garden. Door to: Downstairs WC with washbasin. Traditional, Steep Norfolk Winder Staircase: leading up to landing with doors to: Principal Double Bedroom: with double bed, wardrobe, beams and door to Ensuite: Shower cubicle, WC and wash basin. Door to Twin bedroom: with 2 single beds (can be made into a double bed – please advise upon booking) and wardrobe. Step down 2 steps to Twin Bedroom: with 2 single beds, chest of draws and wardrobe. Family bathroom: bath with shower over, WC, heated towel rail and washbasin.

Outside: Enclosed rear garden with lawn, covered patio and outdoor seating. (Please note steps up to lawn area).
