Ground Floor, with front door leading into a small lobby with traditional steep staircase. Doorway leading into the Sitting room: with feature fireplace, comfortable sofas and TV. Inner lobby with door to; WC with washbasin. Kitchen: electric hob and electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, table with four chairs and back door leading to small, fenced sitting area.

Traditional steep staircase leading to first floor small landing, with door to double bedroom with king sized bed and TV. Door to: Twin room with two single beds. Door to family bathroom: bath with shower over, WC and washbasin.

Outside: Small fenced patio with table and chairs. Secure brick outhouse with coded lock for use of the storage of golf clubs, bikes, buggies, beach gear etc. Shared, narrow (suitable for medium size car only) driveway with allocated parking space or on road parking available nearby.

Please note: Traditional steep stair case. Stair gate provided. Travel Cot (please bring own bedding). High Chair. 1 x medium dog permitted at £20.00 per week. Location: beach 0.3 miles. Train station 10-minute walk. Sheringham Golf course 15-minute walk. Sheringham town centre 6-minute walk.
