Not our first visit to The Orchard, but this year felt uneasy about going away although felt we needed a break, so chose to return to where we knew the cleanliness was excellent. Felt safe and the property was just as good as we remembered it. Very well equipped, comfortable cottage. Pleasant walk into Cromer, not far from A roads so easy to drive out for the day. Only downside is it soon gets booked up!

The Orchard is a very clean and homely feeling bungalow. There's plenty of space, a nice seating area outside with some shade, and the beds are really comfortable. The location is great for walking to Cromer, around 20 to 30 minutes away and Sheringham, around an hour and a half's walk away.

The property was clean and in a good location near to Cromer. The owners were very helpful and made us very welcome. The furniture is comfortable and BT sport was a bonus. It made for a very relaxing holiday although the weather was not good.
