Ground floor: Front door leading into hallway with door into Lounge: with TV and BlueRay player, door into Dining room with staircase. Kitchen: with electric cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine and microwave. WC and washbasin off hallway.
First floor: 2 x bedrooms with double beds and 1 x bedroom with single bed. Family bathroom: with roll top bath and shower cubicle, wash basin and WC.
Please note: Outside: patio area to the rear of the property with seating. Bed Linen supplied, please bring own towels. Travel cot (please bring own bedding). Pet accepted @ £20.00 per week. Location: beach 400 metres, pubs and shops just outside the front door.

It's right in the heart of Sheringham so beach, shops, restaurants, cafes etc. are all within a minute of the front door. We have stayed in several properties in Sheringham and this was definitely our favourite. ”
