The estate is set in the village of Houghton a sleepy village surrounded by rolling countryside just four miles outside the historic market town of Fakenham with its good range of shops and places to eat. To the north of the property meanwhile some fifteen miles away the seaside town of Wells-next-the-Sea is a fantastic place for a day trip with its working harbour and spectacular sandy beach on which the property s owners have a beach hut which can be hired in addition to the house on request. The front door of this country cottage opens into the dining room the central space in the house with a tiled floor beamed ceiling and a table seating six. A door on the right-hand side of the dining room leads through to the kitchen which is equipped with an oven hob microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher and washing machine.
