Lester House was perfect in every way for us. It was within a stones throw of a wonderful beach and pier and shopping was a doddle. Everything one could need was provided and the bed was extremely comfortable, a boon after being on your feet all day. The property also has bags of character which we loved. I wouldn`t hesitate to recommend it as a base to explore all the nearby attractions, especially the Hillside Shire Horse Sanctuary up the road at West Runton.

The property is very very close to all amenities but despite that is quiet apart from the occasional person walking passed. We found it very convenient for the pier and promenade and can also recommend the Red Lion for a meal or just a drink just around the corner.

Lovely property, quiet but central, picture postcard street. Property was clean, cosy and well equipped. Very well placed for the sea front and all local amenities. We are a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children) and this property worked perfectly for us. The rooms were well furnished and well sized especially for a property of this age. We all really enjoyed our stay.
