About this property

Situated in the quaint village of Bodham, this attractive red brick detached hideaway is a three mile drive from the picturesque market town of Holt. Beautifully presented offering all modern comforts in a contemporary and relaxed style, with panoramic countryside views to the back of the property, Samphire House is a elegant base from which to explore this magnificent part of Norfolk.

Entered via a welcoming entrance hall, Samphire House invites guests to feel instantly at home. Ample comfortable seating is offered by the stylish dual aspect sitting room making it a calming space to gather after an exciting day spent exploring the coastline. Nestle in and watch a film on the Smart television, or delve into a book. French doors open to the patio area and garden beyond, allowing fresh country air to drift through on a sunny day. Enthusiastic chefs will love rustling up a feast of local produce in the exceptionally well-equipped kitchen. Boasting views to the countryside beyond, the adjacent dining area is the perfect place to share food, wine and conversation long into the evenings. When dining al fresco beckons, doors lead out to the garden patio where further seating is provided.

Upstairs, three light and airy bedrooms are located. The master bedroom hosts a double bed, and is served by an en suite shower room. Bedroom two also hosts a double bed, with a single bed offered in bedroom three. These two rooms are served by a modern family bathroom providing large bath with shower over.

Outside, the expertly curated garden is an idyllic south-facing suntrap, boasting expansive countryside views beyond adjoining fields. Being fully enclosed, this is a safe space for supervised children and dogs to play. Samphire House is nestled on quiet cul-de-sac, meaning the garden is an additional peaceful and private place to relax. Parking for two cars is available on the driveway.

Located in the village of Bodham, Samphire House is just a few miles east of the delightful Georgian town of Holt, on the road to Cromer, and approximately three miles inland of the coastline at Weybourne and Sheringham. There are great walking routes, with Kelling Heath, Roman Camp and Sheringham Park all close by. Within walking distance, the village has the benefit of an excellent pub. With so much to explore in this area of North Norfolk, it has become a destination that guests return to time and time again.
