The entrance to this property is through the large bi-folding doors on the rear patio. Stepping inside, you’ll find yourself in the bright and airy open-plan living area. Set beneath high ceilings and wooden beams, you can cook a storm in the practical country-style kitchen and eat together at the dining table. To the other side of the staircase, you will find two comfortable sofas where you can curl up and unwind in front of the Smart TV. Completing the ground floor is a wet room. As night draws in, climb the stairs and find the two welcoming king-size bedrooms (one of which can be made into 2’6” twin beds on request at time of booking), both with en-suite bathrooms. Back outside, the fully enclosed garden has a decked area, a lawn space, and a bubbling hot tub for pure tranquillity and relaxation. Private driveway parking is available for two cars.

This beautiful barn sits in a lovely and quiet spot on the edge of Great Yarmouth. While you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the cottage, the town centre is less than 2 miles away where you will find shops, restaurants, a bustling amusement park, and a sandy beachfront. Head out on foot and visit Breydon Water Nature Reserve (5 miles) where you can spot the residing wetland birds. The Norfolk Broads (1.5 miles) has over 190 miles of footpaths waiting to be explored, with trails suitable for all abilities.
