3 Pound Lane is an excellent location. We walked to the Bure Valley Railway and took the train to Wroxham (The Broads). We walked to Blickling Hall National Trust on footpaths over cornfields. The property was spotless with a beautiful rear garden. We sat at the kitchen table with the french doors open and enjoyed our breakfasts and dinners. It was perfect. The market town of Aylsham is well worth a visit and this cottage is ideal to enhance and complete the experience. I thoroughly recommend it.

  • Mr Massey

A very clean and comfortable well equipped cottage that we instantly felt at home in and a large private garden to sit in during our sunny stay. The Feathers pub across the road was welcoming especially their outdoor beer garden and no late night noise to disturb us. Only a five minute walk into Aylsham town centre, which has numerous supermarkets and weekly Monday market. 2 National Trust properties nearby and only a 30 minute drive to Norwich and the North Norfolk coast. We would highly recommend this property and hope to return some time in the future.

  • Mr & Mrs Humphrey

Lovely cottage, very clean and comfortable. Quiet location even though so close to local pub. Ideally situated in pretty town of Aylsham which has really good selection of shops and great Teashops and specialist cheese shop. Midway between the fine city of Norwich and seaside towns of Cromer and Sheringham the cottage was perfectly situated.
