Mrs Audrey Mount
Lovely cottage with quality furnishings. Disappointing level of cleanliness. Bistro set in garden hadn’t been cleaned in months. BBQ dirty and not usable despite instructions in book saying do not clean or empty ashes as cleaners do it. Old food in cupboards and freezer. Some utensils etc dirty. Couldn’t put rubbish / recycling in bins as all full up and difficult to put out as behind gate and large bush in front. Welcome pack scant and no better than hotel room. Would probably book with owners direct in future.
