We had a wonderful relaxing break at Avon Wood. We stayed in Ambleside Lodge with a lovely view of the lake. The lodge was very well equipped with everything you could need in the kitchen, even a toast rack! The lodge was clean, warm and cosy and a perfect place to set off from to explore the beautiful lakes. Having the hot tub to come back to after a busy day was really appreciated.

Our accommodation was beautifully styled, very well equipped and spotlessly clean. With a tree top view of Windermere and a private hot-tub it was the perfect retreat and an ideal base for our holiday.
