The studio is a fantastic space, small on the outside, big on the inside with everything you need to relax and enjoy. Everything is done to very high standards of fit and finish. The directions to find the studio and gain access could not be easier. The village is quiet and the natives are friendly. Highly recommend the studio.

An excellent bolt hole for one to two persons.The Studio is quite small but comfortable and well appointed.Two decent dining chairs which double as chairs for relaxing. No space for other chairs.Very comfortable bed which can also be useful for watching tv.In my view Stainton is a good location both on the edge of Lakeland ( near Ullswater ) and the Northern Pennines.Very hospitable owner ( Anna ) who assured me that if I had any issues she was there to help.I enjoyed the Studio and recommend it as a holiday destination,

I had a lovely weeks stay at the Studio. It was equipped with all I needed and was ideally situated for climbing some of the fells. Penrith is just a short drive away and worth a visit. The owners were very helpful and friendly.
