Lovely time, good location with nice walk around castle on your doorstep. Slight issue was the only pub in the village was not serving food as just been taken over and no other options without a drive out a good few miles.Friendly owner who gave some good advice and EV charger was a god send. Can recommend.

Lovely property in a great location. Easy access to all areas of the Lake District and also the M6 to Scotland/The Borders. A welcome bottle of wine was a nice thought also. House was well equipped and decorated to a high standard. Lots of useful information is available at the property to help plan your days out.
