This is our fourth stay here and it suits our needs very well. Lovely views over Kendal from the front windows of the house make this house special. You need to be good at outside steps to get up to the street parking in queens road. Easy downhill walk to Booths and town centre.

We enjoyed our stay. It was a great location, comfortable and well equipped, (apart from a spud basher, new tea towels would have been nice, and a space to put food away in the kitchen cupboards). We would definitely recommend it and we would return if we wanted a similar holiday.For us, the down side was the narrow lane in front of the house to unload/load, and not knowing if we could use the back gate to unload/load that way. Maybe that should be pointed out to future occupants.
