Snaptrip says

Guests consistently praise Lakeland View Lodge for its cleanliness, stylish and modern amenities, and the hot tub, which is frequently highlighted as a highlight of the stay. The lodge's location in Windermere is appreciated for its tranquillity and proximity to local attractions. While most experiences are positive, a few guests mention minor issues with maintenance and accessibility for those with disabilities.

Guests that stayed at this property said

Reviewers frequently mention the lodge's cleanliness, describing it as 'spotless' and 'very clean', indicating a high standard of hygiene and upkeep that contributes to the overall positive experience of the guests.

The lodge's location in Windermere is highly regarded, with guests enjoying the peaceful setting and convenient access to local attractions and walks. The scenic beauty of the surrounding area enhances the appeal of the lodge's location.

Comfort is well-received with guests finding the lodge cosy and the beds comfortable. The underfloor heating and electric blinds are appreciated touches. However, a few guests noted issues with bed size and a faint smell in one of the rooms.

Facilities such as the hot tub and well-equipped kitchen are frequently praised. However, there are comments about maintenance issues like electrical problems and the need for additional accessibility features for wheelchair users, which slightly lower the score.

While guests express gratitude for the lodge's amenities and some mention the provision of extras such as towels and a hairdryer, there is insufficient information to determine if these are consistent gestures of thoughtfulness or occasional gifts. Therefore, a score cannot be provided.
