Comfort is a highlight, with numerous reviews mentioning comfortable beds and a cosy atmosphere. The only minor issue noted is squeaky floorboards.

Lovely little cottage. In our 4 days we walked all three fells we could see from our window, Longlands, Brae and High Pike. We were kept warm at night by the wood fairy who magically filled our wood bin every morning. Many thanks.
