Last minute reduction on price, well appointed property, new bathrooms throughout, generally very comfortable and well equiped kitchen. Plenty of parking, walks literally at the end of the drive, 10 mins to Keswick town centre, would certainly book again

The location of the property is excellent being within walking distance of the town centre. It is comfortable , nicely furnished and the bathrooms are particularly well appointed. The only downside for us was that we had our grandchildren aged 3 and 5 with us - and there are decorative items on every surface. The neighbour came round to complain about the noise of the children going upstairs. So it was 'don't touch' and 'be quiet' constantly when we were in the house! Therefore we would consider that the property is not really suitable for families with very young children.

Our fourth visit and with the new bathrooms even better. The property is in a quiet area with walks right outside the house. It’s a large house with plenty of room to relax and the kitchen has lots of equipment and the coffee maker is an added bonus. The garden is lovely and if you get the weather you can sit outside in the sun or the summer house. It’s very dog friendly as is Keswick and it’s not a long walk into town.
