Our fourth visit and with the new bathrooms even better. The property is in a quiet area with walks right outside the house. It’s a large house with plenty of room to relax and the kitchen has lots of equipment and the coffee maker is an added bonus. The garden is lovely and if you get the weather you can sit outside in the sun or the summer house. It’s very dog friendly as is Keswick and it’s not a long walk into town.

Wood Close was an absolutely beautiful place to stay. The house was spacious, beautifully furnished and incredibly comfortable. Everyone slept really well and the whole place is so homely and comfortable. The new bathrooms are fitted to a very high standard and fit with the luxury of the rest of the house. The garden is also fantastic, although the weather meant we didn't get to use it, it was lovely to look out at. We have been staying in holiday homes in keswick for around 20 years and I think this one is our favourite, so much so that we booked again for next year before we left!
