Guests say

This summary has been generated using feedback from guests who have stayed at this property

Guests appreciate the cottage's prime location in Keswick, close to the town centre and parks, with its well-sized bedrooms, hot water, and morning sun in the backyard. The property is well-equipped, offering a comfortable stay with great showers and a functional kitchen. While some minor maintenance issues are noted, such as the need for a fresh coat of paint and minor repairs, these do not detract from the overall positive experience.

Cleanliness

The property is generally found to be very clean upon arrival. There are isolated mentions of dirty plates and an old bath mat, but these seem to be exceptions rather than the rule.

Location

The location is highly praised for its proximity to the town centre and local amenities, with easy parking and a quiet setting, making it an ideal base for exploring the Lake District.

Comfort

Guests find the beds and sofas very comfortable, contributing to a pleasant stay. However, some guests mention that the lounge area can feel a bit cramped when fully occupied, and the sofas are not comfortable for everyone.

Facilities

The property is well-equipped with good appliances and bathrooms. Some maintenance issues like a non-functional dishwasher, light bulbs out, and a log burner needing attention are noted, which slightly impacts the score.

Thoughtfulness

Unfortunately we’ve been unable assess this category comprehensively enough based on the reviews we’ve received from guests about this property.
