This is the second year we have stayed at Jemima Puddleduck Cottage, though we have visited the Lakes many times. It is a small cottage but has everything a couple and their dog could wish for. Despite the weather we managed to go out and about every day - walking and seeing things that we had not seen before. Exercising with a dog means you always risk a wet one and we don’t mind the rain! We had a lovely time - we were well looked after and very comfortable

We have just had a week’s stay in the Rebecca Puddle Duck cottage. A lovely cottage. Quirky and cosy! Bedroom on the ground floor and open plan lounge and kitchen on the upper floor. Well equipped kitchen. Lovely to wake up to puddle ducks and chickens in the morning. Quite a remote location, which is what we wanted for a complete get away. Beautiful river by the cottage and local to a lake and woods. A pub fa short walk away which was friendly and served good food. I recommend for a relaxing break.
