Spent 3 nights in Poachers Cottage in order to recce some walks in Seatoller. The location of the cottage is great, next door to a very good pub where we ate on our first night. The other 2 nights we walked into Keswick, a pleasant 10 or 15 minutes stroll by the river Greta. The cottage was warm and comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Very minor gripe is the location of the microwave which was awkward to open the door and put things in.
