This was the best place I have stayed in so far and I’ve stayed in many nice ones. I will actively look to see if this place is available for my next trip. It was already warm enough on my arrival which I often find not to be the case, it was very spacious, had everything I needed and was in the perfect location. Lots of books and guides to look through on an evening. I would definitely recommend.

Excellent holiday house in a perfect location. Right in the middle of Keswick, but very quiet, and nice to look out from the bedroom windows onto lovely gardens and to the hills beyond. Booked at late notice, very limited choice elsewhere, but this property proved to a great find, and excellent vallue for money. Great kitchen, spacious living room and nice bedrooms and bathroom. Very clean and all in good condition. Needed heating on for a couple of hours one evening after a day of heavy rain and cooling temperature - slightly tricky to operate but folliwed the instructions and soon warmed up. Definitely one to return to.
