Crossfeld is an amazing property loads of space and great array of kitchen equipment amazing location ..The soft furnishings are what let's this property down so out dated and the condition of cushion covers and the stuffing inside in the living room is really bad ..The 4 single bed mattresses are so uncomfortable the 3 of us initially sleeping in the beds had a horrendous nights sleep I personally woke up in so much pain several times through the night and so did the other 2 guests to the point 1 person slept on the sofa and the other 2 of us did a bed swap 1 night , the pillows are so old they need changing they are so thin but heavy as they are full of everything that happens when pillows are slept on (I am an owner and change mine frequently )House is lovely and warm when the heating is on but to come back on a cold day to a freezing cold house wasn't a great point we ended up constantly pressing the boost button the same with the water ro have to wait till the boost button heats it up then for 1 person to have a bath and then I tried to run one I had to bathe in luke warm water ..We had a great stay but the mattress situation definitely impacted on it ..Would we stay here again only if the mattresses were changed..
