The Twa Dogs pub is just across the road, serving bar meals and real ale. The cottage provides a cosy, comfortable base for couples or small families to enjoy the many attractions the area has to offer. It is also ideal for walkers with Skiddaw, Blencathra and Catbells all within a short drive.

A great holiday cottage for a family of 4. Great location for Keswick and surrounding areas. Well equipped house and kitchen, including extras such as bin bags and dishwasher tablets, which is always welcome. The first floor has a utility room, including washing machine and dryer. Parking for 1 car is a bit tight if the other cottages are also occupied, but access was never an issue with a bit of manoeuvring. We would definitely stay again.

Everything was as I expected. However, I do think it should be emphasised that the car parking is tight, our neighbours arrived with a land rover and an audi and expected us to move our mokka!. There is room for 3 smaller cars. Some people are very "entitled "
