Pattiswick Hall is perfect for family celebrations or for friends to get together, situated in an ideal location, with excellent facilities and sweeping countryside views.
The generous living room is ideal to retreat to after supper, boasting views over the garden. The heart of the home, the farmhouse style kitchen, complete with an Aga, and open plan with a sitting area, great for chatting while cooking. Off the kitchen/sitting room is a games room, ideal for little ones to play in, but can still be kept an eye on. Head up to the first floor where you will find six double bedrooms, all with views across the rolling countryside, and three with en-suite facilities. On the second floor you will find two further bedrooms, a family bathroom and a small kitchenette.
This fabulous Grade II listed property, set in an unspoilt hamlet in Essex and is a real haven. There is even the added benefit of an outdoor swimming pool and tennis court (tennis balls not provded) - what more could you ask for? Shop 2 miles, pub and restaurant 3 miles.
The property is located on a working farm.

We had a fabulous time at Pattiswick Hall. Warm, sunny weather every day - everyone (15 of us) enjoyed the grounds - especially the tennis court! Amazing sunsets a bonus each evening.Very well equipped and comfortable property; we had everything we needed for our family celebrations 🥳

Pattiswick Hall was perfect , set in spacious grounds , the tennis a great hit.We had the log fire alight in the evening , made all the celebrations so special.There were 14 off , ranging from 6 to 70 with plenty of space , inside and outside.

We've just had an unforgettable stay at Pattiswick Hall. This is a beautiful, big welcoming house which was perfect for our family celebration. We were all cosy and warm - in the middle of January. The beds were comfy and there was lots of hot water. The kitchen was well equipped for the large meals we cooked, and the lounge was huge and bright, with space for us all. We loved the impressive fireplace and all the logs that were left for us. The owners were extremely helpful. We've actually booked another weekend as we loved it so much. Thank you, Pattiswick Hall!
