No smoking.. Situated in the very heart of Edwinstowe, a pretty Nottinghamshire village, you will find Robin’s Nest. On entering this semi-detached house you will not be disappointed, as it has a wonderful open plan kitchen, living and dining area to greet you, along with a stunning galleried bedroom and a single room on the ground floor.
During the day you will be spoilt for choice of things to do. Find the Major Oak in Sherwood Forest, which is a short walk from the visitor centre. In addition to Rufford Country Park and Mill, the house is also close to Sherwood Pines, Clumber Park (National Trust) and Thoresby Hall. The Adrenalin Jungle is on the doorstep, with everything from archery to zorbing, or visit Lockwell Hill for quad biking, and Amen Corner for go karting. Go Ape is close by, as are Sherwood Forest Activity Centre, The Mill Adventure Base, White Post Farm and Wheelgate Park, which is a 30-acre, all-weather family theme and water park. Robin’s Nest really is a great place to stay at any time of the year! Shop, pub and restaurant 200 yards.

We had a great stay at Robin’s Nest, the bottle of wine on arrival was a lovely gesture, and the information left for us was great and had good recommendations on places to eat. The place was clean and having Sky Sports was great for watching football after a day of walking. We couldn’t recommend this place enough, and will be back again soon.
