Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Elm Barn view Cottage perfect for the two of us, for a nice break away. The cottage, although connected to the owners house, for which you have to walk through their garden to the cottage, Was quiet and comfortable, with everything you could need.Anthony the owner was lovely, met us on arrival, gave us the keys and showed us around. The views from the conservatory were lovely, we saw deer and an array of birds. The antics of the resident chickens kept us entertained. For us, Freethorpe village was perfectly situated between Great Yarmouth and Norwich. One of the highlights for us was Horsey Gap and seeing the seals.

A lovely place to ‘just chill’ after Christmas. Ideally situated for getting out and about. Well equipped and cosy. Felt comfortable just staying in. Owner extremely helpful and informative.
