Welcome to The Courtyard, a charming two-bedroom recently converted barn in Northamptonshire, in the peaceful hamlet of Falcutt, near Helmdon with its traditional village pub along with other pubs in the area, all serving food.
The Courtyard features an inviting open-plan layout with a fully equipped kitchen, living area, and dining space, ideal for cosy gatherings, and if you need a workspace, the main bedroom has a desk.
Both bedrooms are Super Kings that can be arranged as twin beds if preferred, making it flexible for couples, friends, or families. A main bedroom has a close by separate shower room.
The enclosed back patio gets all the morning sun offering a secluded spot for a lazy breakfast, and the separate west facing patio is a tranquil spot for an evening drink while watching the resident bird life. Though situated in the owners grounds, the cottage offers privacy and a restful escape.

Lovely cottage in peaceful surroundings - just the occasional baaa from the sheep! Very comfortable with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Dining pub within a mile but we went a little further for an excellent meal.
