Situated on the edge of the village of Dunston on a country lane with a park at the end to enjoy. The village benefits from a lovely pub serving food and drink as well as a shop just 2 miles away. Lincoln is nearby, famous for its cathedral, castle, and the Magna Carta Centre, just 8 miles away. The Brayford Pool is popular with good restaurants alongside, where you can watch the boats cruise by or even enjoy a river cruise yourself. There’s the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight Visitors Centre, 18 miles away in Coningsby and the traditional seaside town of Skegness is less than an hour’s drive away.
Explore the Lincolnshire Wolds or for the more intrepid holidaymaker, there are many good walks and cycle routes from the doorstep. Golf courses in the area include Woodhall Spa Golf Club and Blankney Golf Club, just 4 miles away. Make sure you take the time to enjoy a film at the unique experience of the Kinema in the Woods. Good walks and cycle routes await you straight from the cottage and for those like fishing there is also coarse fishing, just 2 miles away. Shop 2 miles, pub, and restaurant ½ mile.

Very comfortable, warm cottage with open views over the fields with hares and red legged partridge among other wildlife. The hot tub is very well looked after and is in a wind proof area- lovely end to the day! The Welcome box with a complete breakfast was a nice touch. The provision of a useful, hand-held Dyson vacuum and a Dyson fan were appropriate for the owner😉 Had a great time on the free guided tour in Lincoln, St Botolph (The Stump) in Boston and the Kinema in Woodhall Spa. Lincolnshire has a lot to offer.
