Your Nettleham cottage is located next to the owner's home and offers guests comfortable holiday accommodation, with a well-equipped galley kitchen, a dining area and a cosy sitting room. All living rooms have beamed ceilings, antique or reproduction furniture and a gas fire, great for chilly evenings. Outside your Lincolnshire holiday cottage, you can dine alfresco or just relax in the pretty cottage garden, or alternatively, take a five minute stroll into the village centre and visit one of the local pubs. In wonderful position by small beck. The village shops and pubs friendly with good food.

Need we say more! However future visitors should note that at the moment the small village supermarket is being rebuilt following a fire and although there is a pop up shop in the carpark supplies are limited to basic items.

The village has cafes, and pubs that do great meals. The cottage was scrupulously clean, and full of interesting objects.The friendly owners live next door and are on hand to provide assistance, but unobtrusively. We found that everything we needed was on hand, and full instructions were provided in a folder.The internet was very good. Getting into the centre of Lincoln was simple using the Park and Ride only five minutes or so away. Over the years we have visited many very good Sykes cottages.We very much enjoyed our time here, and we feel that this cottage ranks at the very top of the list
