Westfields Bungalow is our wonderful newly refurbished detached bungalow. Ideal for families or friends looking for a holiday. Westfields has two large double bedrooms, both with a private ensuite. There is also a third bedroom, with a bunk bed. There is a main bathroom with a shower. This unit comes with a private hot tub, overlooking the private garden with stunning views across the Lincolnshire countryside. There is private off street parking.. Helsey Farm Holiday Cottages are a lovely place to relax and get away from it all, situated on the edge of the owners’ livery yard, there are five properties. Whether looking for a romantic break away or a family gathering, they are ideal for families and friends looking to holiday in Lincolnshire.
Helsey Farm is nestled between the Lincolnshire Wolds and the Lincolnshire coastline, in the quiet hamlet of Helsey, and is just 3 miles from lovely sandy beaches. Guests can bring their dog on holiday, and fish, walk and cycle across Helsey’s farmland, and there is an Interpretation Centre to showcase the heritage and farming culture of this unique part of the coastal strip. This is the ideal retreat to enjoy the countryside with walks joining up with the footpaths to local villages, or even all the way to the coast. You can also enjoy the nightlife in busy Skegness, Lincoln or other towns nearby.. There is an unfenced lake in the grounds, 100 yards away and only small dogs will be permitted on-site.
Hen/stag and same-sex groups outside of couples/families if aged under 21 will need prior approval from the park.
Please note a working livery is set on Helsey Farm Cottages along with continued development work whilst kept to a minimum, may cause some disruption.

Towels are only provided in hot tub lodges.

Excellent value for money. The place is spotles, great sized kitchen and lounge. We would definitely recommend and come again (but remember to bring dishwasher tablets, cloths and tea towels!) Thanks for a great stay

Lovely roomy house. More than adequate heating. Comfortable beds and sofas.

Lovely place. We felt it was definitely worth it for the price we paid. I loved how spacious it was. We went as a family of 6 and it was perfect size for us. We loved the hot tub. It was set out really nicely too. Very homey and clean. Loved the surroundings and it was well equipped.
