Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Welcome pack. Enclosed lawned garden with sitting-out area and barbecue. 1 small dog welcome. Bike store. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. There is something for everyone to enjoy in the area; catch the bus to Fantasy island, Butlins or into the seaside resort of Skegness with its funfair, amusements, seal sanctuary, aquarium and Gibraltar Point Nature Reserve. Or travel in the other direction to Chapel St Leonards with its shops and amusements, Seascape Café where you watch the sun rise and set, Anderby Creek, as well as Sutton on Sea and Mablethorpe all along the coast to the north. There are good walks and cycle routes from the door and you can return in the evenings to the luxury and comfort of Sycamore Lodge to relax in front of your tv, or sit back in the garden and gaze at the rolling hills of the Lincolnshire Wolds in the distance. There is horse riding and coarse fishing nearby with the pub and shop 500 yds away.

    Absolutely beautiful place to stay. Perfectly clean, lovely enclosed garden for our dog, very comfy king size bed, everything you could possible need to make your stay perfect. Very close to Chapel St Leonard’s and Ingoldmells, just 5 minutes drive away. Would highly recommend. Thank you

    Excellent holiday property. Everything you could possibly need was supplied. Dish and wash machine great. Lovely heating and plenty of hot water. No problem with parking. Very dog friendly with lovely enclosed garden and an extra acre out back that we could use. Anderley Beach was a lovely quiet beach and just right for us. Garden centres and Pubs - try Red Lions Orby and Mumby - accepted dogs and great food. Small Premier shop in walking distance. We highly recommend this property and say thank you to Phil for making our stay with our dog excellent.

    Bungalow well appointed. Accommodation lovely and warm during our wintery February stay. Lovely enclosed rear patio garden with table and chairs which would be lovely to use during warmer weather.Friendly, attentive host who showed us around the property on arrival, left a welcome pack and contacted us after our stay to check if a small jewellery item found when cleaning was ours and could it be returned.Walking distance to amenities such as shop, pub and bus stop. It was the perfect place for a quiet Valentine's weekend get away.
