Enclosed lawned garden with sitting-out area and barbecue. 1 small dog welcome. Bike store. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. There is something for everyone to enjoy in the area; catch the bus to Fantasy island, Butlins or into the seaside resort of Skegness with its funfair, amusements, seal sanctuary, aquarium and Gibraltar Point Nature Reserve. Or travel in the other direction to Chapel St Leonards with its shops and amusements, Seascape Café where you watch the sun rise and set, Anderby Creek, as well as Sutton on Sea and Mablethorpe all along the coast to the north. There are good walks and cycle routes from the door and you can return in the evenings to the luxury and comfort of Sycamore Lodge to relax in front of your tv, or sit back in the garden and gaze at the rolling hills of the Lincolnshire Wolds in the distance. There is horse riding and coarse fishing nearby with the pub and shop 500 yds away.

Sycamore Lodge is the best place for peace and quiet. Phil is a kind helpful person. The Lodge is spotlessly clean and we will be back as soon as it is possible.

A fantastic bungalow with ramp access we had our ten year old who is a wheelchair user no problems with access Phil the owner was great informative who was available if necessary but not overbearing. The property is a good size and has a lovely quite private garden and only a five minute drive to the nearest beaches and about 20 mins to Skegness if you want busy and lots of quieter more secluded beaches to the north, but overall would thoroughly recommend sycamore Lodge.

One of the best holiday cottages we have stayed in. Beautifully presented and well-equipped too. Phil was also exceedingly helpful. It is a quiet spot with some lovely beaches nearby and not far from the more lovely seaside towns.
