THESE CARAVANS ARE NOT BRAND NEW, AND DO SHOW SOME SIGNS OF AGE, WARE IN AREAS FOR THEIR Age

We hire are caravans for a minimum of 3 nights and for longer periods than just 2weeks.

Short breaks can be accommodated outside of peak weeks

During peak weeks we only hire our caravans on a week basis and Saturday-Saturday basis Only.

About the caravan:

36ft long x 12ft wide

With enclosed veranda (10ft x4ft) and platform with steps

Our caravan is sited in the quiet area away from the Tavern, but only 5mins walk away

The caravan has a master bedroom with a double bed, with wardrobes. 2 twin rooms with 2 single beds in each room. These can of course be pushed together to form a small double.

The toilet is separate from the showerroom.

A separate dinning area, a large fitted seating area in the lounge. TV has built in freeview

The caravan does have its own parking area at the back/side of caravan (does have slabs to park on, see picure 1 where our car is parked, or there are more paving slabs in front of caravan next to road If you have 2 cars.) Do Not park in the tarmac turning bay beside it.

The kitchen has all the usual things, pots/pans, cutlery, plates, toaster/microwave..normal size fridge and freezer. Iron, steamer and slow cooker. The caravan does have a small baloney with steps (no gate)

We only hire our caravans to families and couples only!!

No same sex group bookings so No Hen / Stag parties etc

The main person booking and staying in the caravan must be over the age of 21.

£50 deposit paid will secure your holiday dates,

Your holiday balance must be paid in full 4 weeks before the start of your holiday dates. Unless they are a late booking, and full payment will be required with the security fee

Otherwise your holiday will be cancelled and you will lose your £50 deposit.

Sorry we only accept bookings for families and couples only !! No same sex group bookings/parties.

All persons wishing to stay in the caravan, must be named when booking.(including the breed of your dog)

We do allow small/medium size dogs (no bigger than a springer spaniel size) in our caravans, as long as they are well behaved/house trained.

And Do not sleep on the sofas and beds.

A maximum of two dog's per caravan, site rules.

.No dogs allowed in the bedrooms at any point of your stay.

Please provide your own dog bed and coverings for the sofas to minimize dog hairs on sofas, anyone choosing not to use coverings maybe be billed for a deeper clean of the caravan to remove dog hairs or lose part of your security deposit that will be used for this purpose.

ALL DOGS/CATS must be treated for flea/tick prevention at least 1 week before holiday

At this moment in time, we do not charge for dogs to go on their holidays with their family.

No more than 6 persons are allowed to stay in the caravan at any point,if you would like to ask any further questions then please feel free to contact us.

Mablethorpe is a small seaside town on the Lincolnshire coast. The town boasts a sandy beach, voted as one of the top 10 beaches in the UK, where you can enjoy sunbathing or a dip in the sea. Mablethorpe has a selection of reputable restaurants with a variety of cuisines, including Italian, Greek, Chinese and French, plus high street stores and independent shops, along with a weekly street market where visitors can pick up locally produced goods. The town is home to the Mablethorpe Seal Sanctuary where you can meet seals along with an array of other friendly animals; the Mablethorpe Golf Course that is a must for keen golfers, whilst there is an amusement park and go-karts for those seeking an adventure. A few miles down the coast lies the traditional seaside resort of Skegness, which plays host to a wide range of family-friendly attractions. Head to Sutton on Sea, a fabulous holiday location, home to an award-winning Blue Flag Beach that is perfect for paddleboarding, swimming, or simply lounging on the soft sands, while the village itself hosts an impressive selection of shops, bars, restaurants and pubs. Alternatively, head inland to the town of Louth with its Georgian streets and Grade II listed buildings, St James Church, a theatre, art deco cinema, museum, golf course, modern leisure centre complex, and excellent shopping, including weekly market days and a vast assortment of eateries catering for all tastes. Mablethorpe is a truly superb base for discovering the beautiful Lincolnshire countryside and coast.
