A cracking find. Quiet yet handy for all you would expect in a seaside holiday town. A quirky house but full of everything you need for a break away from home. The rear "garden" is great for the dog and to sit outside once you have had a day out. A great welcome pack too - thank you.

Certainly a good place to stay with all kinds of interesting material all over the house. Everything you need is available in the place even a air fryer. The place is clean ,warm and cosy and its only a short walk to the beach (5 mins at most )

The property is very unusual inside but very comfortable and relaxing.The garden was ideal for our dogs. The beach is just across the road which is then a short walk into Mablethorpe. Chinese takeaway 2 mins away. Fish and Chip shop 5 mins away and a bar across the road.
