Lovingly converted and set on a farm, furniture updated July 2021 this former granary offers spacious, detached accommodation for two people, just 4 miles from the coast and its sandy beaches which offer miles of unspoilt walks. Whether its a base from which to explore the east coast and the Lincolnshire Wolds, also nearby, or simply somewhere to sit and relax in front of the wood burner with a good book, The Old Granary is ideal. There are good walks and cycle routes from the door, with the coast approximately a 10-minute drive away. The traditional seaside resort of Skegness is 9 miles away, with plenty of entertainment for everyone including the Gibraltar Point Nature Reserve. During the winter months, visit the seal pups at Donna Nook. The market town of Alford is a 10-minute drive, whilst the Georgian market town of Louth, which still has 3 markets a week, is about half an hour by car and is always worth a visit with its many shops, local butchers and very good selection of cafés and pubs. The beach is within 4 miles, shops, pubs and restaurant within 2 miles.

We had a lovely time at the old granary for our mini moon! Louise could not have been more helpful, there were toilet rolls on the doorstep when needed, the hot tub was checked daily and she even lent me her straighteners when I’d left mine at home! The old granary is beautiful and so relaxing, so much bigger than we expected it to be. The enclosed garden was perfect for our dogs and the hot tub was lovely to relax in after our dogs walks. We can’t wait to come back!

Enjoyed a lovely stay at the old Granary. Arrived early to see Louise cleaning and we have to say the place was immaculate .Louise was so welcoming and helpful with tips on places to go , although I have to say most of the local pubs were a little underwhelming , but the local beaches , especially Sutton on sea was fantastic if you have dogs. If you like a relaxing stay especially if you have dogs then I would highly recommend d the old Granary

The Old Granary is amazing- the accommodation provides for all essential needs for a great stay. The Hot Tub was very welcome on a warm day and evening. Layout is easy to utilise all facilities. Louise was very helpful on arrival and left us to enjoy the Old Granary for the length of our stay.would most definitely stay here again if staying in the area.
