Jaystone is a detached lodge in the grounds of renowned hotel Bovey Castle with all the hotel facilities for you to enjoy. As you enter the lodge, your eye will be torn between the lovely views over the Edwardian lake to Dartmoor and the soaring space around the central stone chimney breast which extends from the ground floor to the ceiling. The living area is cosy with a gas fire in the fireplace and big bright pictures, and on a sunny day you can wander out on to your decked area where you'll find a table and chairs for enjoying alfresco meals, as well as loungers on the balcony for soaking up the Devon sun. All the bedrooms boast large double beds with the option of converting to twins. Note: This property can be booked with other Bovey Castle Lodges: Haytor, Hound Tor, Cleave Tor, Kitty Jay, Ingle Tor, Cox Tor, Claret Tor, Fingle Tor, Fox Tor.

A picturesque town at the northern point of Dartmoor National Park in Devon, Chagford is small in size but is packed with amenities and things to do. There is a wide range of shops as well as four pubs. Chagford also has more active facilities such as public tennis court and an open-air swimming pool to enjoy at your leisure.
