About this property
… a mile from Ipplepen, along a quiet no through lane in the pretty hamlet of Dainton, a smart, detached cottage converted from a barn in the grounds of the owners’ house. You are welcome to enjoy the owners’ large, enclosed lawned garden (football goal) which surrounds the cottage and you have your own private sunny patio (table/chairs) at the front.
Open-plan living/dining/kitchen (microwave) with TV/DVD. Bathroom (suite). Steep spiral stairs up to two bedrooms with Velux windows – a double, and a twin. A comfortable cottage with lovely gardens to enjoy, and close to a golf club.

"Overall the property was as described and everything that you needed was provided. Just be aware if you are a smoker that the owner does not allow it in the property even though it is shown as being allowed on the website."

"The cottage was an ideal base from which to visit family nearby and to follow local walking trails. Good public transport to Newton Abbot and Totnes was ideal for this when we wanted to go further afield. It was extremely comfortable for the two of us. The flowers, milk, bread, tea, coffee, and fruit juice that greeted us on arrival was very much appreciated. The free access to wi-fi adequately compensated for the lack of mobile phone reception. The garden area with its sporting equipment was ideal for and very much appreciated by our grandchildren. We can understand why previous guests have made multiple visits. We enjoyed our stay."
