Very comfortable no surprises. <br />The Cottage has had extensive refurbishment and was a delight to stay in. The outside patio area with it's sunny elevated view over Dartmouth is a large part of the enjoyment that this cottage gives. However the furniture on the patio is tired and needs replacing. The staircase to the cottage is steep and uneven but it should not be an issue if you are reasonably fit.
