It really did tick all the boxes - extremely safe for the three children (youngest is 18 months), modern and well presented, well equipped, very central to the beautiful South Hams and the view down the estuary was the icing on the cake. Highly recommended and we will definitely return.

Myself, my husband and 2 children, my dad and sister had loads of space. Fantastic that all the double rooms are en-suite. Me and my husband had the largest room which fitted in a travel cot and has a sofa (which was perfect for night feeds). I did however miss a full length mirror and dressing table (a couple more drawers would have been useful), or a shelf by the bedroom mirror. A beautiful home with pretty much everything you need for a holiday stay.

It is a superb house with beautiful views and in a superb location. The accommodation is absolutely fantastic and suited us to a tee. The quality fittings and furnishings showed love and attention, for the property and it's visitors. Everything looked clean and new. No expense has been spared to provide an extremely comfortable home from home and guests will appreciate that. The garden is also delightful, it's just a pity we did not have the weather to sit out and enjoy it. Thank you very much for a lovely holiday. We wished we could have stayed longer.
