Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.

The property was great for the size of our party (6), everyone had loads of room. It was a beautiful property with excellent views over Dartmouth and the river Dart. Reasonable fitness levels required to walk the steep hill up towards the property, having said that my 83 year old father in law with the aide of a walking stick did every day....it's good exercise :-) and you need to accept f you want the views you need to be high up....we felt it was really worth it. There is a garage however it will only take a very small car and we had a people carrier, which you can't park at the property, however their is a very good park and ride as you enter Dartmouth across from Sainsburys. You can park their at a cost of approx £5 per day, that includes overnight and bus in to Dartmouth for your entire party, so well worth it. You can pay via an app that you down load. The area is beautiful, the holiday was my choice but everyone came away with great memories and fondness for Dartmouth and the surrounding areas. Our party ranged in ages from 12 to 83. Eating out in Dartmouth was fantastic, plenty of choice and some of our favourites included Rockfish and Bayards Cove Inn. We did the round robin trip from Dartmouth, taking the boat to Totnes, open top bus to Paignton and then the steam train back to Kingswear, followed bu a very shot boat trip back to Dartmouth. it was a great day out for all the family. The trip to Agatha Christie's holiday home was also an excellent trip for all ages. we will be back.

Wisteria cottage was a super holiday cottage, beautifully decorated and well equipped throughout. Lovely walk into centre of Dartmouth . Excellent cottage and credit to its owners

Wisteria House is comfortable and stylish with lovely views of the town and river. It is well equipped for a family holiday and has a stunning garden. The layout over four floors and the steep hill into town may not suit those with mobility difficulties but it was fine for our three generation group.
