Fabulous house, beautifully presented. The views are stunning! You do need a car if you intend to self cater as it is a fair distance from supermarkets etc. The steep hill that gives the charming views does need some negotiating albeit there is a local bus service into Dartmouth.

Very good, modern 3 level town house situated on the hill overlooking Dartmouth and the estuary. Kitchen generally well equipped, but serving spoons and soup/cereal bowls would be useful additions. A long climb back up from the town in the evening, but offset by the fantastic views from the lounge and bedroom.

Lovely property with fantastic views down to the town and river. Great location just 10 minutes walk down to the town, a bit longer back uphill! Ideal if you don’t want to use the car everyday. The town has a great choice of bars and restaurants. Lovely riverside walks.
