Fabulous property, we loved the location and the views. The garden isn't very accessible for elderly and definitely not for young children but we were aware of this. For our family the property suited us perfectly for exploring the area. The property was very clean. Parking isn't as bad as previous comments have made out. We reversed up the street and the 2nd car parked at the side of us. We left a note in the windscreen if any local residents needed us to move but no cars can get beyond this house so it was absolutely fine. The walk into town and the harbour is only 15 minutes away and easier enough to walk back if you don't mind a bit of a steeper walk. We loved our stay here and we ranged from age 8 up to 75. Buses run regularly into town, picking you up right outside the house for those who cannot walk as good. The whole area is beautiful. Fantastic stay here. Thank you

Fairview was lovely it certainly ticked all our boxes a bit out of town and quiet lovely stroll into Dartmouth and it’s facilities Property was really clean and felt Covid safe. We had an amazing week so restful. Lots of walking and sampling Devon icecreams we enjoyed glass of wine in secluded garden of an evening
