Lovely two bedroom chalet with moderns fixtures and fittings, a fantastic value for money holiday in the South West.
OverviewCasarita is an attractive mid-terraced chalet situated on the popular Norton Park Estate on the edge of Dartmouth. It comprises of one double bedroom and one small twin room, comfortable lounge/diner with a well equipped open plan kitchen and spacious shower room.
Norton Park lies on the outskirts of the beautiful Port of Dartmouth - just 2 miles from the waterfront and less than a mile from a supermarket and the Park & Ride.
There is a very rural footpath down to the Town but it is not possible to walk from the park along the road as there is no pavement.
A 2 hourly bus passes outside the park offering an excellent service. The Park & ride is only a mile away which makes it easy to leave your car there from early morning to late night.
For those on a budget who want to explore this beautiful area it makes a good, reasonably priced base.
Suitable for a couple or small family. Small well-behaved dogs are also welcome. Kitchen /dinerThere is a very well equipped kitchen with all the usual appliances including a microwave and a small fridge/freezer. A dining table with 4 chairs is also situated in this open-plan area. SleepingBedroom One has a double bed with two bedside tables and lamps. A fitted wardrobe is also available with ample storage. Heating is by way of a electric panel heater.
Bedroom Two has twin beds with a central bedside table and lamp. A fitted corner wardrobe is also available. Electric panel heater provides the warmth.
OutsideCommunal grounds, laid to lawn lie in front of the chalet, an ideal area to sit and relax whilst appreciating the countryside views. ParkingThere is ample parking close to the chalet.

Lovely holiday, Dartmouth is a wonderful place. The chalet was comfortable and well equipped. <br />Casarita was a good base for our holiday although we spent most of the time in our daughters chalet. It was nice and clean when we arrived and well equipped. As we were there for nearly two weeks we would have like the option of a change of linen. We felt that the double bedroom would benefit from having some drawers/shelves.

A peaceful week in a comfortable, well equipped chalet. <br />We arrived at Casarita just after 4pm and opened the key box with no trouble. We were pleasantly surprised with how comfortable and well equipped the chalet was. Norton Park is conveniently positioned to access all the local amenities, but realistically, a car is essential. As my wife was born & brought up in Dartmouth, she really enjoyed looking around all the old haunts, that she hadn't seen for many years. We would recommend a boat trip to Totnes and also, the food at The Start Bay Inn, at Torcross. We fully expect to return soon.
