Up a few steps is your fine country style kitchen which also opens to the garden. Peaceful sleeps are to be enjoyed in the three bedrooms upstairs, one with a little balcony. Outside you can breathe the fresh country air in your big enclosed garden with its barbecue area prettily surrounded by a pergola over which wisteria and jasmine grow, beyond which are the paddocks of grazing animals and a wildlife pond. For the children, there is fun to be enjoyed in the games barn with its table tennis and other pursuits. Get on your bikes and cycle (or walk) the lovely easy Tarka Trail, or take day trips to fabulous surf beaches at Bude and Saunton Sands. This is a brilliant central location for exploring Devon, with Dartmoor within easy reach and town and city amenities in Okehampton and Exeter.
