1 Shippen Cottages was first class. From the comfort of the furnishings to the utensils in the kitchen we found everything to be top quality. As our stay was in the second week of October we especially enjoyed the underfloor heating. The countryside views and the garden added to the enjoyment of our holiday. We would thoroughly recommend Shippen Cottages for a quiet peaceful holiday.

Clean, good shower, very comfortable bed and lounge furniture. A very peaceful location and accessible to a lot of good walks and undisturbed nature. It is almost impossible to find any fault at all with this beautifully decorated and well situated cottage. We will definitely book again. Thanks go to Anne and Mark.

I have always enjoyed my stays at Shippen cottage, the owners are friendly, attentive and helpful but never intrusive. Thanks to their excellent reading shelves I was able to comlete the quartet of Joanne Harris Chocolat series, The Strawberry Thief which was an added bonus to our late summer break.
